Wayz Young Person Review
The Wayz have been a fantastic support over the last term for a number of vulnerable young people within year 9.
The young people have valued the opportunity to talk about issues impacting them in a safe environment. It has allowed them to have time to process their emotions and deal with frustrations both at home and at school in the current challenging times.
They will actively seek out to check he is in school weekly to ensure they have their session which demonstrates the value they place on the support he has offered.
This support has been the most effective to date in engaging our students. The programme and the co-ordination of logistics has helped the smooth running of the delivery of this intervention.
